Many people are curious about how an inverse market works. To help, we have launched new How To and F.A.Q. pages within the app. These resources explain how buyers can express interest in a specific building before it is even listed for sale.

This shift in the market gives you more control. Instead of waiting for a listing to appear on a portal, you signal your intent directly. Our new documentation ensures you have all the information needed to navigate this modern way of buying property.

Interactive AI Maps and Area Exploration

The AI suggestions on your home screen are now much more powerful. You can now zoom into the map for every suggestion provided by our AI. This allows you to see the exact location of a building or parking spot with high precision.

We have also added an Explore the Area feature. This lets you look at the streets around a suggested place and see high-quality images of the location. You can now get a feel for the neighborhood without leaving your couch, making your search more efficient.

A Smoother Experience and Smarter Code

We have addressed several user requests to make the app more reliable. We fixed a bug that caused some skipped places to show up again in your suggestions. Now, when you decide a place is not for you, the AI remembers your preference and focuses on better matches.

Behind the scenes, we improved the core code and added more test scenarios. These technical updates mean the app is faster and more stable, even as our community of buyers grows. We want your journey toward your next home to be as seamless as possible.

Wishplace is live, stable, and—if I do say so myself—beautiful. But I have to be honest with you all: building the app was the easy part. Finding users? That is a whole different challenge.

I knew marketing would be hard, but I didn't realize it would be this difficult. However, the hustle is in full swing!

📊 The Progress Report

• User Milestone: I’ve reached almost 100 registered users, mainly concentrated in Barcelona.
• Marketing Deep-Dive: I’m focusing my Google Ads campaigns on Barcelona and, in the process, I’m becoming a self-taught expert in marketing and user acquisition.
• Tech & Security: While the app is stable, I’m not sitting idle. I’m currently adding more tests and optimizations to tighten security and performance.

The next version of Wishplace is here, and it’s a big one! I’ve been working hard "under the hood" to make the experience faster and more reliable, but there is one update I am especially excited about.

🖼️ Real Photos for Real Properties

The biggest change? You can now add images to each property! In an inverse marketplace, seeing is believing. Whether you are an owner listing a place or a seeker visualizing a dream, adding photos makes every entry more human and much more professional.

🧠 Smarter Matching & Better AI

I’ve spent a lot of time refining the "brain" of the app to make sure you find exactly what you are looking for:

• Matching Overhaul: I’ve reviewed and improved the math behind the matching calculations. This means better, more accurate connections between seekers and owners.
• Continuous AI Suggestions: I fixed a bug where AI suggestions would sometimes stop loading after the first batch. Now, the flow is much smoother, giving you a steady stream of inspiration as you search.

🛠️ Stability & Performance

There are a lot of smaller improvements in this version that you might not see, but you will definitely feel. I’ve cleaned up the code to ensure the app stays snappy and stable as we continue to grow.
