Hey everyone! Quick update on a major improvement we’ve been working on behind the scenes 👇

✨ Feature: Intelligent System Prompt Injection Strategy

We’ve introduced a smarter way to handle system prompts so responses stay accurate while significantly reducing token usage & costs.

Here’s what shipped:

• 🧠 Logic that analyzes each conversation to decide when a system prompt actually needs to be injected

• ⚙️ New controls for managing injection intervals & caching behavior

• 🧹 Improved response sanitization — internal tool names are removed, while URLs + button syntax still work as expected

• 💬 Updated support response templates to encourage clear + concise replies with buttons where helpful

• 🧪 New tests to validate:

  • identity question detection
  • conversation state analysis
  • the injection strategy itself

• 💸 Verification scripts to prove the cost savings from the new approach

🎯 Why this matters

Smarter prompts = lower costs + cleaner conversations — without losing context. Big win for both users and ops.
