When you change a category, HealUp now updates your existing rule automatically — no need to recreate it.

Detects rule conflicts instantly and shows what will be updated.

Shows how many past sessions will be affected before confirming.

Smart logic:

No rule → creates one

Existing rule (different category) → asks to update

Same category → just recategorizes
