This week I made a hard call: cut scope, raise quality. Less “features”, more “this actually solves one painful problem”.

What’s done

• Core MVP flow is working end-to-end
• Clearer positioning + messaging (people get it faster)
• Faster iteration loop: build → test → fix → repeat

What’s next

• Ship a tighter MVP that delivers one strong outcome
• Add lightweight automation so users do less manual work
• Bring in a small group of early users to stress-test + shape pricing
