Sharing a quick heads up on availability over the next few weeks.

Availability Note

I’ll be mostly offline from active FundEdge work until 1st March due to my 12th grade board exams.

This is a planned and temporary pause, not a shift in direction.

What This Means

• No change to FundEdge’s roadmap or long-term vision
• No abandonment of ongoing conversations
• Execution resumes fully post exams

This window is about handling a short-term personal commitment before the next focused execution phase.

FundEdge Prop Update — December 2025

Overview

It’s been about a month since our last update (30th November), so we wanted to share a transparent snapshot of where things stand now.

Progress Since Last Update

Since our previous update, work continued primarily behind the scenes:

• Finalized and stabilized the FundEdge MVP
• Completed internal testing and cleanup across admin, dashboard, and backend
• Prepared the product and narrative for external demos and reviews
• Initiated pre-seed outreach to ~30–40 VCs and early-stage funds
• Continued logging early founder and ecosystem conversations

This phase was focused on execution and readiness rather than visible feature launches.

Fundraising Context

Pre-seed outreach began in December and coincided with the Christmas and year-end holiday period, which has slowed response velocity so far. This was expected.

Follow-ups and new conversations will continue as firms resume full operations post-holidays.

Founder Note

There was a short slowdown mid-month due to health issues on my end, which limited output for roughly two weeks. Things are back on track now, and execution has resumed at full pace.

Current Focus

The remainder of December and early January will be focused on:

• Investor follow-ups and pipeline building
• Product demos and feedback loops
• Preparing for sharper conversations as the new year begins

Closing

Not every phase of building is loud. Some months are about tightening fundamentals and being ready for the next window of momentum.

FundEdge — November Progress Report

Our last update was on November 14, when we deployed the first live version of the MVP. Below is a clear summary of what was completed since then.

MVP Completed

The platform is now operational end-to-end:

• Landing → Signup → OTP Login → Dashboard
• Real-time equity curve and performance metrics
• Full admin panel with create/edit/update functionality
• Convex backend running with live data subscriptions
• Institutional UI/UX finalized and consistent across the product

V3 Documentation Suite Finalized

We completed the full 12-document investor pack, fully aligned and ready for pre-seed outreach:

This represents a complete narrative and operational plan for FundEdge at the pre-seed stage.

December Objectives

• Submit the Y Combinator application
• Begin structured outreach to 50–75 venture firms
• Produce MVP demo assets
• Start early conversations for Phase A technical and operational hiring

FundEdge began in October 2025.
In two months, we moved from concept to a functioning product with an institutional-grade documentation foundation.

More updates will follow as we move into the December execution phase.
