We'll be honest with you - we set out to build a tool that helps people who are new to AI. But somewhere along the way, we built something more complicated than ChatGPT or Claude themselves.

That's backwards. So we fixed it.

These lessons are really obvious and already very popular in the founder community, but we really got stuck just building more and more features instead of making a simple product that our users would like. I wish I had more insights in this post to give value to yall, but this one is simple: release quicker and iterate on feedback as often as possible.

🎨 Fresh New Look

We completely refactored our visual design to stand out from the sea of AI-generated websites. Big shoutout to <@1287939828511412285> for leading this one.

🧹 Simplified Features

• Removed the agent builder flow entirely
• Now focused on two things: context management and expert management
• That's it. No clutter.

🗣️ New Language

Our users aren't AI engineers — so we stopped talking like they are.

• "Agents" → "Experts"
• Hidden the technical jargon from the UI
• Everything is clearer and more approachable

We just shipped a complete redesign of our Discover page, and we're pretty excited about it.

Instead of throwing you into a search bar with a grid of disjointed agents loaded below, we took inspiration from Netflix, Hulu, and other video streaming sites and organized everything into scrollable categories.

• No more guessing what to search for - just browse what interests you

💭 Why we did this (the real reason)

Search was failing

We watched people land on Discover, type something, find nothing, and leave.

The problem?

We only had ~200 agents. With that volume, the odds that the user received a relevant match was really really low.

We were setting ourselves up to disappoint people.

We optimized for the wrong thing

The old page assumed people knew exactly what agent they wanted. But that's not how discovery works. Most people show up thinking "I need help with marketing" not "I need a Facebook ad copy generator agent."

Search makes sense when you have scale. We don't have scale yet.

So we borrowed from Netflix

Instead of fighting our catalog size, we leaned into it. With categories, you can see everything we have. No empty search results. No guessing games. Just browse what exists.

The rows are organized by intent. Scroll down to find what you want to do, then scroll horizontally to find something that works for your use case.

📈 What we're learning now

This is v1. We're tracking what actually gets clicked, how long people browse, and who comes back.

Once we have data, we'll:

• Reorder categories based on what people actually use
• Add personalized rows ("Popular with other founders")
• Build trending sections when we have enough volume ("Top agents this week")

We might add search back eventually. But only when our catalog is big enough to make it useful. Right now? Browsing beats searching.
