Been working on the new Brand Protection features and almost finished.

• Updated the old company settings UI with a new improved design

• Performance improvements to make the dashboard faster

Next Steps

• Attack Surface Management (already 50% done, now continuing integration work)

No holidays.

Brand Protection planned to go to production by 15th of this month.
Attack Surface Management will be finished before 01/01/2026.

Quick DarkGen update for everyone:

This past week has been quite demanding. We were assisting a company that experienced a data theft incident. During our investigation, we identified that an internal dashboard was exposed online through an open IP and port. The attacker managed to access it with admin privileges. This may have happened through stolen credentials or another entry point that we are still analyzing. The core issue was that this service was unintentionally accessible from the internet.

We spent the week reviewing how the attacker entered, what they accessed, and what security gaps needed to be closed to prevent similar incidents. Because of the amount of work involved, we did not roll out many new features.

We also completed a white label deployment for one of the companies we work with.

We’re also excited to share that DarkGen has received $250k in Cloudflare for Startups credits, which will help us scale our infrastructure and improve performance and security for all users.

DarkGen Update - Compromised Devices live

Tech

Compromised Devices Monitoring is now live with over 10 million records and growing fast to reach 100 million next month. You can now see which devices are infected, where the malware is installed, and what type of data was stolen.

AI

Added automatic risk scoring that uses AI to rate the severity of each incident and help prioritize responses.

Data

Each compromised device is linked to its stolen credentials and credit cards giving you a full view of the breach impact and how the data was taken.

Dashboard

The interface is updated with improved widgets showing more data and clearer insights so users can quickly understand what is happening.

Speed

DarkGen finds past leaks within one minute and lists them directly on your dashboard. Any new data breaches will appear within six hours of detection.

DarkGen is evolving into a fully live threat intelligence platform that keeps users ahead of breaches and data leaks.
